Our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing and strengthening Canada’s healthcare system through reliable data and actionable insights, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a full-time contract. In this role, the Finance Business Partner will serve as a key strategic advisor, supporting quarterly forecasting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and the annual budgeting process. Working closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams, you will communicate with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial analysis, planning, and reporting to support sound business decisions and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship-builder and communicator who can confidently translate complex financial data into clear, practical insights for a variety of stakeholders.
