They are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. Job Overview This is a newly created role ideal for a creative, organized, and execution-focused marketing professional who enjoys bringing campaigns and content to life while working closely with leadership and external agency partners. This opportunity offers strong exposure across digital marketing, branding, content coordination, social media, and campaign execution within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule social media content across multiple platforms Support the execution of paid and organic marketing campaigns Assist with content creation including newsletters, e-blasts, blogs, and promotional materials Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables with external marketing and creative agency partners Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and digital assets Create marketing materials using Canva and other digital tools Support email marketing initiatives and HubSpot campaigns Track engagement metrics and assist with campaign reporting Ensure consistency in branding and communication across all channels Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content coordination Experience with Canva, HubSpot, Asana and AI tools is required Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative, detail-oriented, and execution focused Experience working with external agencies or vendors is considered an asset Experience within education, healthcare, staffing, or other relationship-driven industries is considered an asset Note AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
