Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role supports the organization’s financial operations by ensuring This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support financial planning, operational budgeting, and financial analysis while helping maintain financial discipline and transparency in a growing fintech environment.Maintain detailed month-end schedules and working papers to support financial results and audit requirements. 3 - 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.Experience managing full-cycle month-end close, financial reporting and audit processes.Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.Experience with NetSuite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or technology organizations.
