About the Team & Business Line CitcoOne is our client portal that consolidates reporting for all business lines – Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, Private Equity and Real Estate. The CitcoOne Product Team is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience and continuous improvement of the portal. We are seeking an energetic, motivated and hands‑on Product Owner to join CitcoOne. The role involves collaborating with the development team to translate product vision into user stories, working with design to create engaging experiences, and providing on‑the‑ground support for users. Responsibilities Serve as the product expert and voice for all CitcoOne users. Break down the vision set by the Senior Product Manager, define scope of new features, and manage ongoing enhancements. Collaborate with design to create innovative user experiences. Maintain the product backlog and run grooming sessions. Write, prioritize and validate user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are met. Follow all governance processes and uphold high standards of quality. Build credibility with stakeholders, including senior leadership. Support business operations for CitcoOne and educate users on new enhancements. Provide level‑3 local/global support for CitcoOne users. Qualifications 2–3 years of in‑house application development and Agile/Scrum experience, preferably within a financial institution. 3–5 years of experience managing complex projects. Scrum Master certification (CSM) is desirable. Experience with SDLC frameworks such as Waterfall and Agile. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira. Strong competencies in project management, business analysis, data analytics, change/release management, and service management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related field. Effective planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to travel occasionally to Citco locations.
