The position operates on a hybrid schedule in line with Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. Primary Responsibilities Sponsorship & Partnership Development – Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities with local organizations, clubs, and events aligned to business goals such as funded investors and AUM. Build a roadmap of regional initiatives to raise awareness of Investly and support sales targets. Work with Marketing, Compliance and Dealer Compliance to ensure events comply with company guidelines. Regional Strategy & Reporting – Gather and analyze market trends and user data to inform strategy. Collect qualitative feedback from prospects and clients and input into CRM or equivalent system. Use approved AI tools, such as Co‑Pilot, to uncover insights into sales tactics and adjust strategy. Collaborate with Growth, Finance and Digital Client Experience teams to validate and share regular reports on activities, outcomes and opportunities. Maintain accurate records in CRM or equivalent systems and ensure compliance with company policies. Sales & Client Support – Prospect new relationships, follow up with clients and perform outbound sales calls and emails. Book and coordinate meetings with prospective clients and partners, ensuring all interactions are tracked and followed up promptly. Provide best‑in‑class client support and market updates, respond efficiently to inquiries within SLAs, and assist in creating marketing materials for meetings. Event Planning & Hosting – Determine creative, high‑quality client events, research and book venues, negotiate pricing, manage invitations and RSVPs, host events, and manage business entertainment and gift programs. Present on Personal Finance, Investing 101, budgeting basics, etc., to build brand awareness and demonstrate Investly’s value proposition. Execute social media posts within Fidelity guidelines to expand reach. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. What We’re Looking For Completion of university degree in finance, business administration, or a relevant field; or equivalent work experience. Minimum of one year of experience in financial services, preferably in sales or customer service. Current work authorization to work in Canada. The Expertise You Bring Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated with a driven spirit and a passion for achieving goals. Relationship‑focused with strong interpersonal and active listening skills. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team. Strong customer‑needs assessment and product‑knowledge skills, with the ability to explain features and benefits effectively. Excellent presentation, persuasion and influence skills; demonstrated upselling and cross‑selling techniques. Organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing demands. Data‑driven approach; ability to analyze regional metrics and adjust strategy accordingly. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary and a discretionary performance bonus – competitive annual range of $59,000 to $71,000, based on experience and qualifications.
