Position Summary Assists the corporate Remarketing sales and management team (FSR’s, Call Center, Dealer Manager, Sales Manager) with administrative duties relating to the sale of used vehicles and the processes related to the RTC program. Provides marketing support by mailing flyers and posting advertisements in various mediums. Supports the completion of pending transactions with retail, fleet, and wholesale customers via phone and e‑mail communication. Location 1610 Enterprise Rd., Mississauga, ON Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pay Range $25 – $28 per hour Major Responsibilities Operational responsibilities – daily yard checks, managing inventory in/out, organizing vehicles on the yard, posting “for sale” signs and spec sheets. Post‑sale coordination – confirm units ready to go, notify districts, collect payments, process warranty paperwork, coordinate wire transfers, and provide customer assistance. Pre‑sale coordination – work with districts to determine unit availability, generate pictures and specification requests, and schedule appointments. Marketing support – make prospecting phone calls to generate leads, send mailers to prospects, pull prospect reports, place advertisements, and send thank‑you letters. Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of administrative/departmental support experience. High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; experience with AS400 preferred. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, ability to multitask and work independently. Current driver’s licence class G or class 5; ability to obtain class DZ within 6 months of hire. Regular, predictable, full attendance essential. Willingness to travel within the district to customer yards, training sites, and other locations. Physical Requirements Must read, communicate verbally or in writing, and understand instructions. Must stand, walk, sit, use hands for touching, handling, and sometimes lifting up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
