Overview Spécialiste D’événements avion au sol / Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) Specialist. The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) Specialist to join our A220 Customer Response Center team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). This role collaborates with Airbus departments to support A220 customers worldwide. Responsibilities Coordinate return-to-service activities for aircraft in long-term AOG conditions or after abnormal events; establish governance data and ensure visibility within the organization; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ensure quality. Act as CRC focal point, coordinating with Duty Managers, Section Chiefs, and other Airbus departments (e.g., Major Repair, In-Service Engineering) during extended AOGs. Maintain client visibility and manage the case resolution database; build and maintain internal and external resource networks; coordinate resource availability for all aspects of the aircraft on ground. Communicate support requirements, improvement opportunities, and emerging issues to the Customer Support team; identify gaps and trends for post-mortem analysis. Escalate internally as needed to expedite Return to Service; ensure timely action on the client’s aircraft on ground plan. Your profile Five (5) years of experience in the aviation industry with solid technical experience. Knowledge of airline operations; technical knowledge of the aircraft and/or Airbus processes and products. Flexibility, priority management, and teamwork in a changing environment; ability to multitask. Leadership and problem-solving skills in critical/complex situations; excellent communication and ability to influence others; strong customer service orientation. Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
