Job Overview ZenaTech is seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager to own the account-level marketing strategy and drive pipeline and revenue from high-value enterprise and government targets. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales, developing hyper‑targeted programs for specific accounts, combining deep customer outreach and RFP‑targeting. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Vancouver, BC. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute ABM programs for priority enterprise and government accounts. Build account‑specific content, messaging, and outreach strategies in close partnership with sales. Manage account intelligence and intent data to prioritize and personalize outreach. Track account engagement and pipeline influence — owns the ABM numbers. SaaS & Product Marketing Translate SaaS product capabilities into account‑specific value propositions. Develop ROI frameworks and business cases tailored to enterprise and government buyers. Collaborate with the Product & Market Lead on positioning for regulated and public sector verticals. Create account‑level sales enablement materials: one‑pagers, decks, and tailored demos. Map product features to procurement evaluation criteria and scoring frameworks. Government & RFP Management Own the RFP response process — coordinating inputs, ensuring compliance, and driving quality submissions. Navigate public sector procurement frameworks and compliance requirements, including BC Bid and CanadaBuys. Develop capability statements, tender responses, and bid documentation. Identify procurement timelines and buying signals within government and public sector targets. Understand government buying cycles and align marketing activity to procurement windows. Build relationships and visibility with government procurement contacts ahead of RFP release. Maintain a library of pre‑approved RFP content, case studies, and compliance materials. Qualifications 3–6 years in ABM, enterprise marketing, or B2B demand generation. Direct experience with government RFP and procurement processes (required). Familiarity with Canadian public sector procurement frameworks (BC Bid, CanadaBuys) preferred. SaaS product marketing or solutions marketing background strongly preferred. Strong writing skills, capable of producing compliant, compelling bid content. Proficiency with ABM strategies and platforms. Ability to operate independently while managing multiple internal stakeholders and accounts simultaneously.
