Lead planning, design, andtechnical execution, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and tothe highest standards. Maintain clear andconsistent communication with clients, aligning with our serviceobjectives and meeting expectations. Oversee the preparation oftechnical reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment withclient needs. Support business growththrough proposal preparation, marketing efforts, and municipal sectorbusiness development. Collaborate with theRegional Water Manager to develop business plans, resource strategies, andgroup growth initiatives. Qualifications& Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil,Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering (or a related discipline).Master’s degree considered an asset. Professional Designation: Eligible for registration,or currently registered, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Alberta. Project ManagementExpertise: Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in municipal water/wastewaterdesign and delivery, with at least 3 years in a project management role.PMP designation is an asset. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding ofwater and wastewater treatment systems, pumping stations,distribution/collection networks, and applicable municipal and provincialstandards. Business Development Skills: Experience preparingproposals, building client relationships, and identifying newopportunities within the municipal sector. Leadership: Proven ability to leadmultidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and foster collaborationacross departments. Communication &Organization: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability tomanage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Technology: Proficiency withengineering design software, project management tools, and MicrosoftOffice Suite. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modelingsoftware is a plus.
