Responsibilities Assemble data from multiple sources, conduct analyses, perform research, design, document, and implement analytical solutions. Present analysis conclusions to internal customers in a clear, understandable, and valuable way. Communicate with team members and business stakeholders. Produce high‑quality reports and findings in Power BI or as presentations. Build metrics reporting systems and track process improvements across the team. Conduct analysis using statistical software, databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Design, evaluate, and monitor key metrics, understanding root causes of changes. Develop and maintain scripts and queries to import, manipulate, clean, transform data from different sources. Build and share live dashboards and reports with user documentation. Build and train statistical models for hypothesis testing. Perform quality assurance on generated results to ensure accuracy and consistency. Present conclusions in a clear and concise way. Qualifications Relevant experience in a past analytical role. Expert data visualization techniques for charts and reports — good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau. Knowledge of unstructured data handling best practices. Strong database/scripting skills: SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch; bonus for experience. Data analysis skills: R, Excel (including VBA, PivotTables, array functions) or similar tools for statistical methods. Strong math and analytical skills including statistics, simulation, and optimization. Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical findings into business insights. Location The EA Vancouver Office is located in suburban Burnaby, British Columbia.
