This is an excellent Full Time opportunity to join a growing company!Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize our shop operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the full production cycle—from approved drawings to finished product—ensuring efficiency, quality, and on‑time delivery. You will work closely with project managers, shop staff, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and maintain the production schedule to meet project deadlinesOversee all shop operations, including cutting, assembly, finishing, and packagingCoordinate with Project Managers to ensure all jobs are released to production correctlyEnsure all drawings, materials, and hardware are ready before production startsMonitor workflow and allocate labour efficiently across departmentsLead, supervise, and support shop staff (cabinetmakers, machine operators, finishers)Maintain high standards of quality control throughout productionIdentify bottlenecks and implement process improvementsWork within and manage production using systemsEnsure compliance with health and safety standardsDevelop and monitor KPIsManage load and capacityManage inventory levels and coordinate material requirements with purchasingTroubleshoot production issues and resolve them quickly to avoid delaysRequirements5+ years experience in custom millwork or cabinetry production5+ years in a leadership or management roleStrong understanding of millwork processes, materials, and machineryExperience managing production schedules in a fast‑paced environmentFamiliarity with Shoptech, ERP systems, or production software is an assetAbility to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural plansStrong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailExperienceSupervising: 10 years (required)Custom Millwork: 5 years (required)BenefitsOn‑site parkingInterested candidates please apply with resume.#J-18808-Ljbffr
