Role Overview Manage the ServiceNow Discovery tool to automatically map IT assets and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) across all geographies where the bank operates. This includes configuring discovery infrastructure, managing schedules and credentials, developing and maintaining discovery patterns for on-premises and cloud resources, troubleshooting discovery issues, supporting CMDB data accuracy, and collaborating with internal BNS teams and external vendors to implement Discovery and other related tools.
