Description Luxury Guest Experience: Uphold the highest standards of personalized service, ensuring every guest experience is memorable and reflective of the hotel's values and the five diamond standards. Upholding Values: Guests come first. Embed these values in every service, from dish presentation in the restaurant to check‑in at the front desk. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the hotel’s reputation, revenue, and operational efficiency. Departmental Overview: Lead the executive team with a participative style, coordinating operations and identifying solutions. Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop future leaders, fostering loyalty and reducing turnover. Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless daily operations. Financial Oversight: Drive revenue, manage budgets, forecast operating expenses, and guide department heads. Brand Representation: Act as the hotel's public face, engaging community and industry partners. Employee Relations: Maintain an open‑door policy, comply with BC legislation, and leverage union experience if available. Requirements Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or senior leader in a luxury hotel or resort. Deep understanding of the Vancouver market and luxury hospitality segment. Strong financial acumen and record of revenue growth. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for bespoke guest experiences and service excellence.
