The Fulfillment Product team sits within Global Digital and owns the capabilities that power how orders are sourced, promised, and fulfilled across stores, DCs and global regions. This team partners closely with Technology, Operations, Program, Analytics, and external vendors to deliver scalable, resilient omni-channel fulfillment experiences. This role focuses on Omni Fulfillment and Delivery Experiences, owning highly visible and business-critical capabilities across OMS, Sourcing, EDD, and fulfillment execution. Core Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and a 12–24 month roadmap for omni fulfillment capabilities Translate guest and business problems into clear outcomes, priorities, and success metrics Lead discovery, MVP definition, and delivery across OMS, sourcing, and EDD flows Drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and sequencing while managing dependencies and risk Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Program, and Analytics teams Measure post‑launch success and iterate using data and insights Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex, cross‑functional products Experience in omni‑channel fulfillment, OMS, inventory, or supply chain domains Strong product judgment around prioritization, MVPs, and trade‑offs Comfort working with technical platforms and data‑driven products Ability to communicate clearly with senior and executive stakeholders Must Haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously Additional Notes Immigration support is potentially available for this role. Compensation and Benefits Package The typical hiring range for this position is from $132,600 to $174,000 annually; base pay offered is based on market location and may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
