We specialize in premium concrete, stone, brick and hardscape products and are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Consultant to help expand our exclusive brands throughout Toronto and the GTA. This role is ideal for a true hunter — someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, closing deals, and growing new business opportunities. Role Overview As a Sales Consultant, you will represent kreitmaker’s premium brands within the Toronto and GTA market, working closely with architects, designers, custom home builders, landscapers, contractors, homeowners and developers. You will play a key role in establishing kreitmaker as the premier first choice for concrete, stone, brick, hard-scape products. What You Bring Razor-sharp understanding of the customer buying process and sales cycle Proven closer with a strong drive to win new business Self-motivated and comfortable working independently both on the road and in the office Strong lead generation and relationship-building skills Disciplined follow-up skills from lead generation through project completion Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, dealers, spec writers, homeowners, developers, and construction managers Project Tracking & Specification Influence, Track projects during early design stages to influence specifications and support successful project completion Assist architects, designers, contractors, and custom home builders with product selections and design consultations tailored to project requirements Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the GTA while managing and growing existing accounts Coordinate online meetings and maintain effective communication between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success Represent kreitmaker at trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and industry events to educate architects, designers, dealers, and builders on our products and innovations. Work from a designated showroom location and participate in rotating Saturday showroom support Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury sales or related industry 3–5 years of experience working with custom home builders, architects, and designers Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Highly organized with strong project documentation and file management skills Ability to independently generate and close new business opportunities Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required Fast-paced, high-energy environment with a strong sense of urgency Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends based on client needs Opportunity for career growth within a premium luxury brand If you are driven, ambitious, and passionate about sales and design, we want to hear from you.
