Ideal Candidate Qualifications Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required. Experience in Direct Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing is also an asset. At least 18 years old and authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis. Outgoing and energetic people‑person, energized by interacting with others. Expert in time management and prioritization to accomplish weekly goals. Strong money motivation and drive to win. Demonstrated ability to work as a team player. Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid Class 5 or 7N driver’s license. Flexible full‑time schedule including evenings and weekends as required.
