Requisition ID: .Opportunity We are seeking a Power Platform technical lead at the AI Centre of Excellence (COE) within the Office of the Chief Technology Offer at EY to deliver robust enterprise and customer-facing applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role is focused on solution delivery—building scalable, innovative solutions across Canvas and Model‑driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.You will work on designing and developing solutions end‑to‑end leveraging the full capabilities of Power Platform, using pro‑code modules when possible to deliver exceptional user‑experience features.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate technical solution designs and perform peer code reviews.Develop user interfaces: Design and implement user‑friendly web pages using Power Apps (code apps) and Power Pages with React.js and Typescript, considering responsiveness and accessibility.Integrate APIs: Connect UI with back‑end services via RESTful APIs to fetch, display, and manipulate data.Work with various Dataverse tables (standard, elastic, virtual, etc.) and Dataverse add‑ons.Optimize performance: Lazy loading, code splitting, asset optimization.Implement authentication and authorization using Power Platform role‑based access control.Write clean, modular business logic using Power Automate or Server Logic.Manage code versions, branching strategies, pull request reviews, and collaboration via Git.Write and maintain unit and integration tests, practicing Test‑Driven Development (TDD).Deploy applications on Power Platform environments.Maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for automated testing, building, and deployment.Leverage emerging AI capabilities, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agentic approaches.Assess AI readiness for clients, covering data governance, compliance, and infrastructure prerequisites.Collaborate effectively with other teams (team work, interpersonal, organizational skills).Result orientated.Client focus.Skills and Attributes for SuccessReact.js and Typescript proficiency for front‑end development.Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑driven) expertise, including responsive layouts, delegation‑aware queries, and accessibility best practices.Power Automate (Cloud Flows) design and deployment expertise.Power Automate (Desktop/RPA) knowledge of attended & unattended automation.Power BI reporting and semantic model integration.Copilot Studio experience building conversational agents.Power Pages development for secure external-facing websites.Dataverse data modeling and add‑on creation.Team work, interpersonal and organizational skills.Result orientated.Client focus.QualificationsBachelor’s degree plus 3‑5 years of programming and analysis experience (or equivalent experience).What We Offer Competitive compensation based on performance, including discretionary bonus, comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental coverage, defined contribution pension plan, vacation policy, statutory holidays, and paid personal days.
