Work Arrangement Onsite Work Term 4 months (Sept. 2026 - Dec. 2026) Compensation Competitive and equitable. The hourly pay range for this position is $21.80 - $27.00, determined by study year, program type, and prior co‑op experience. Project Management Assistant (Co‑op) The Project Management Assistant works closely with team members, providing support for documentation and reporting on project information and key progress indicators. Key Responsibilities Develop tools in Excel to measure and report on project performance. Support Project Management Team projects: exposure to scheduling, budgets, project management techniques, and processes. Report on project developments and metrics. Provide necessary support to project managers. Manage short‑duration projects from initial concept to implementation. Assist in the identification and development of processes to improve project reporting practices. What You’ll Need to Succeed Post‑secondary student currently enrolled in Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar field. Eligible for a 4‑month co‑op work term starting in Fall 2026. Excellent verbal communication skills. Team player who can also work independently under supervision. Structured problem‑solving experience. Quick learner. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience working in a technical environment is an asset. Physical Effort Normal or frequent minor physical effort required: standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting/moving objects up to 20 lbs. Work Environment Acceptable workplace with minor or almost no disagreeable conditions as part of everyday expected levels. All jobs may occasionally experience undesirable events.
