Please note, this is a fully on‑site role with flexibility WFH on Fridays in the summer.Reporting to the VP, HRIS & Total Rewards, this leadership role will oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations across multiple regions while driving compliance, process improvements, and audit readiness in a high‑volume environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a hands‑on leadership role and brings strong expertise in both Workday and ADP Workforce Now, along with multi‑country payroll experience.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $125,000 – $140,000 + 15% bonusPension plan (approx. 6%)4 weeks’ vacation + 1 week personal + 1 week sick daysComprehensive health benefitsExposure to global payroll (Canada, U.S., UK, Ireland, and Japan)Leadership role with direct report and cross‑functional exposureKey ResponsibilitiesOversee full‑cycle global payroll for ~800 employees across Canada, U.S. (Los Angeles & New York), UK (London), Ireland, and JapanManage and mentor 1 direct report (Global Payroll Administrator)Oversee semi‑monthly and bi‑weekly payroll cycles across multiple regionsEnsure payroll accuracy including wages, deductions, taxes, commissions, bonuses, and garnishmentsReview and approve manual payroll entries (adjustments, off‑cycle payments)Oversee time & attendance processes in Workday and ensure approvals are completedUse Workday for payroll inputs and ADP Workforce Now for payroll finalizationEnsure compliance with multi‑provincial, multi‑state, and international payroll legislationManage global payroll vendors and ensure service delivery standards are metPerform and review payroll account reconciliations and tax reconciliationsPartner with Accounting on journal entries, reporting, and month‑end activitiesSupport and lead payroll audits, including coordination with external auditorsCollaborate closely with HRIS and Total Rewards on compensation, benefits, and program changesOversee payroll‑related aspects of benefits administration, including deductions and statutory leaves of absenceDrive process improvements, documentation, and internal controlsQualifications5+ years of end‑to‑end payroll experience in a high‑volume environmentPrevious leadership or supervisory experience (direct report management preferred)Proven experience managing global or multi‑country payrollStrong Canadian and U.S. payroll knowledge (must‑have); international exposure is an assetExperience with Workday and/or ADP Workforce NowHands‑on experience reviewing complex and manual payroll processingStrong understanding of multi‑jurisdictional payroll legislation and complianceExperience supporting payroll audits and working with external auditorsStrong Excel skills and high attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle confidential information in a fast‑paced environmentExperience in a large organization environment preferredTo Apply for this Job Click Here #J-18808-Ljbffr
