Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Warehouse Managers, Logistics Operators, cross‑functional teams), support compliance with safety and environmental standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll specifically take care of coordinating daily material flows, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting warehouse layout optimization, but also assist in audits, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation. Responsibilities Ensuring all logistics activities comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies. Coordinating daily material flows, including reception, storage, picking, kitting, packing, and shipping. Maintaining accurate stock records in the ERP system (GSI/SAP). Monitoring logistics KPIs such as stock accuracy and delivery performance. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including APSYS and optimized logistics practices. Ensuring compliance with specific storage regulations for sensitive or regulated materials. All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Understanding of Ontario Health and Safety Act requirements (e.g., working at heights, confined spaces). Proven experience supporting logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities. Knowledge of logistics processes commonly used in construction or project‑based operations. Strong numerical and literacy abilities. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Reliable, organized, and able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Compensation The expected compensation for this role is $65,000 – $90,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
