This is a leadership role where you will own the intersection ofPaid, Earned, and Owned media , with a strong focus oninfluencer and creator strategies .This opportunity is best suited for someone who understands how modern beauty brands grow through content, creators, and community—and can translate that into integrated, high-impact campaigns that drive both cultural relevance and commercial results.You’ll have the autonomy to lead strategy, the cross-functional support to execute, and the expectation to deliver work that drives both brand relevance and performance.RESPONSIBILITIES The Integrated Marketing Communications Director will:Lead integrated marketing communications across PR, influencer/creator marketing, social media, content, and paid mediaOwn and evolve Earned media strategy, including influencer partnerships, PR, and brand storytellingBuild and manage relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and media partnersDevelop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomesOversee social media strategy (organic and paid), ensuring alignment between content, community, and performance marketingOwn paid media strategy across platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and digital channels, working closely with agencies to drive performance and optimizationIntegrate retail media (Amazon, Walmart Connect, and other retailer platforms) into broader campaign strategy to support conversion across channelsPartner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Sales teams to support product launches and core business prioritiesManage and challenge agency partners to ensure strong strategic thinking, execution, and performance across all communication channelsMonitor campaign performance and use insights to continuously improve resultsStay current on trends across beauty, fashion, influencer marketing, and digital mediaQUALIFICATIONS8+ years of experience in integrated marketing communications, PR, or related rolesExperience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or CPG industriesProven experience leading Earned media and influencer/creator strategiesStrong understanding of Paid, Earned, and Owned media ecosystemsExperience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platformsDemonstrated ability to build brands through content, creators, and communityStrong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teamsExcellent communication and storytelling skillsAnalytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performanceExperience working with agencies and managing external partnersExperience working with or integrating retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart Connect) is an assetWHY THIS ROLELead communications across a portfolio of established and growing beauty brandsHigh-impact role with direct influence on brand growth and market positioningCollaborative, entrepreneurial environment with strong leadership supportOpportunity to shape how brands show up across culture, media, and performance channelsNote: We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for further consideration will be contacted.AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
