The future of Social Content Creation? It's SuperProper. We're looking for a Social Content Creative who lives in the fast‑moving world of social feeds. You're the person who sees a trend on Tuesday and knows how to recreate it and remix it by Wednesday. You shoot, edit, and animate content that stops thumbs mid‑scroll and makes people hit share. This is a hands‑on maker role. You'll work in our in‑house studio producing reels, carousels, TikToks, Stories, and YouTube content for major brands. You're fluent in CapCut, reels, may also be comfortable with cameras, and you’re always experimenting with the latest graphics and AI tools to add motion, effects, and polish that elevate the work. Super Proper is a multi‑disciplinary advertising studio uniting creative, insight, and performance experts under one roof. Launched in November 2024, we're already working with Audi, Hasbro, Johnson & Johnson, Planet Fitness, FanDuel, UFC & WWE and more across US and Canadian markets. You'll collaborate with a 28+ person team of designers, strategists, and performance experts who are all obsessed with what makes content work online. We're building a studio for the age of AI and automation. You'll be encouraged to test new tools, push creative boundaries with generative AI, and help define what best‑in‑class social content production looks like for the next decade. What you’ll do Make content move : add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and effects that make content feel polished and platform‑native using After Effects and emerging AI motion tools. Shoot and edit social‑first content : produce reels, TikToks, Stories, and YouTube videos from concept to final delivery—primarily using phone and in‑studio camera setups. Own the production workflow : manage content from brief through shoot setup, filming, editing, quality control, and delivery. You keep projects moving and don’t wait to be told what needs doing next. Stay on top of trends : monitor what’s working across platforms—formats, visual styles, audio trends, editing techniques—and bring that style into our work. Experiment with AI tools : be comfortable and confident exploring and integrating AI platforms like Runway, Pika, CapCut’s AI features, generative fill, AI voiceovers, and more to speed up workflows and unlock new creative possibilities. Collaborate across the studio : work with art directors, strategists, and performance teams to translate briefs into content that hits KPIs and looks great doing it. Sweat every detail : ensure every frame, caption, aspect ratio, and file format is dialed in before content goes live. You care about the small stuff. Scale production efficiently : shoot multiple pieces of content in a single session, repurpose assets across formats, and find ways to do more with less without sacrificing quality. What you bring 1–3 years of experience creating social‑first content at an agency, brand, in‑house studio, or as a freelance creator with a portfolio that proves you understand what works in‑feed. Shoot and edit fluency : comfortable or interested in learning about shooting video on mobile or DSLR/mirrorless cameras in‑studio or on location. An early grasp of lighting, framing, and composition that you’re willing to train. CapCut expertise : you live in CapCut and know how to use it to create fast, polished, platform‑native content. Bonus points if you’re also comfortable in Premiere Pro or Final Cut. Motion graphics skills : experience adding text animations, transitions, and motion graphics using CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools. You make static content move. AI tool curiosity : active interest in (or experience with) AI platforms like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, generative fill tools, AI audio, and other emerging tech that can enhance creative workflows. Platform expertise : deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories— their formats, trends, and what makes content perform. Self‑starter energy : you don’t wait for a detailed brief or step‑by‑step instructions. You see what needs to happen and make it real. Eye for trends : you’re already on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube observing what’s breaking through and thinking about how to apply it to brand content. Portfolio that proves it : show us content you’ve shot, edited, and produced—ideally with performance metrics or context about what made it successful.
