Paul Melanson at MacDonald Search Group has been engaged by a high-growth, global technology consulting firm to identify a Director of Professional Services to lead their Canadian delivery function, based in the Halifax region (hybrid). This is a true leadership role, not a maintenance role. You’ll be responsible for shaping national delivery strategy, leading a high-performing consulting team, and ensuring complex ERP and SaaS implementations translate into measurable business outcomes for clients. This role sits at the intersection of delivery excellence, customer success, and commercial performance.
