Senior Sales Enablement Specialist Responsibilities Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning and enablement programs for sales, including training content creation, scheduling and coordination, development and deployment of on‑demand courseware, and instructor‑led sales training. Track and analyze usage of courseware and sales enablement content. Establish and maintain formal and informal KPIs to track effectiveness of sales training programs, communications, and enablement activities. Work cross‑functionally, developing sales practices informed by messaging and tactics from marketing and operations. Govern Sales Enablement tools to ensure that members of the Sales team can find needed content and that it is current. Qualifications Experience in sales enablement/training development, supporting tactical sales programs and enablement activities in embedded software. Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and techniques. Strong knowledge of learning & development methodologies and effective training techniques, including instructional design, program design principles, and audience engagement. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to coordinate diverse activities within a team environment. Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking. Advanced computer application skills (Excel, PowerPoint, video/audio editing tools) and eLearning authoring tools. Experience with sales tools, CRM (Salesforce), and enablement platforms (Highspot) highly desired. Compensation Base salary range: $73,600.00 - $103,500.00.
