Define and lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex, multi-domain initiatives Advise leaders and delivery teams on architectural options, trade-offs, and associated risks Ensure solutions align with business strategy, cost models, and long-term platform goals Establish and promote architecture standards, patterns, and governance practices Serve as an escalation point for complex technical and design challenges Mentor senior engineers and architects, raising the overall technical maturity of teams Champion modern platforms, tools, and methodologies—including cloud, data, and AI Contribute to architecture roadmaps and long-term strategic planning initiatives Occasionally engage hands-on to deliver proofs of concept or reference architectures Job Benefits Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $107,210.71 to $146,569.41 CAD annually.
