Supporting business groups on legal, risk and strategic issues, the department is now seeking a senior legal counsel to provide corporate / commercial contracting support to various lines of business including Loblaw Digital, Loblaw Technology, Loyalty and Loblaw Media. Working closely with these groups, this counsel will negotiate, draft, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts and issues including technology and privacy, and participate in projects related to the development of new and innovative products and services. In addition, you will manage a small team of talented, motivated counsel.
