Job Description The A220 commercial aircraft Program is looking for an Operation Manager to join our paint shop operation team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will be able to exercise your leadership while respecting the company’s vision and values. You will be part of the Paint Shop Management team, responsible for coaching a team to develop their talent and for managing their workload and individual performance. The team organization is established to promote cross‑collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role in the paint shop will be to ensure continuous improvement, notably with the application of the problem‑solving process, and to identify, document, and standardize key processes that lead to the achievement of objectives. Coach and develop your team (5‑6 supervisors) to cultivate talent within the organization. Optimize knowledge sharing and best practices across the company. Votre Profil / Your Profile At least 5 years of management experience and a minimum of 10 years in the manufacturing sector. Proficient in French (bilingualism is an asset). Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Proven ability to plan and organize to ensure results. College or university degree in Aerospace, Engineering, or Management, or equivalent experience. Flexible and available to support a 24/7 operational schedule.
