If you’re looking for a challenge, you’ve come to the right place, because no matter who you are or where you come from, we’re all building something. Every single one of us. Whether it’s a home, a career, a family or a future, we’re all searching for growth. This is our story too. For more than 45 years, we’ve built the All Weather Group into the largest privately owned and operated window, door and glass manufacturer in the country. But in some ways, we’re just getting started. So, if you’re driven to make an impact and bring your best to our tight-knit, people‑first culture, we want to hear from you. We’re currently hiring for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for our Manufacturing Plants in Edmonton. In this role, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and get a little bit better each and every day, with the support of a team that always has your back. Your focus will be driving continuous quality improvements across manufacturing and cross‑functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards. You will maintain clear, accurate documentation, analyze trends to uncover root causes and lead key quality initiatives like the First Article Process. This role primarily works standard daytime hours. On any given day, you will: Partner with Manufacturing, Technical Services, and Quality teams to keep SOPs, checklists, and Quality Alerts clear, current, and effective. Dig into data—inspections, testing, defects, returns, and RMAs—to spot trends, set standards, and drive practical solutions. Investigate issues, identify root causes, and lead corrective actions, process improvements, and documentation updates. Share insights and recommendations with Quality and Production leadership, leading discussions when action is needed. Support teams on the floor with training, guidance, and hands‑on help—reinforcing safety and quality every day. Lead and maintain First Article processes, along with inspections, testing, audits, and compliance records. Ensure products meet documentation, visual, and final inspection standards. Conduct material testing and support supplier and internal corrective actions to drive continuous improvement. Support audits (internal, third‑party, and certification) including testing and sample coordination. Contribute to team growth through coaching, onboarding, and ongoing feedback; step in as a quality resource when needed, including alternate shifts. Are you built for this? We hire as much for attitude as we do for experience, because how you show up matters. Here’s what sets you up for success in this role; Post‑secondary education in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred; quality certifications are an asset. 5+ years of hands‑on QA experience in a manufacturing or technical environment, with a strong grasp of documentation, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement. Solid knowledge of QA principles, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and industry standards (CSA, NFRC). A sharp eye for data—able to analyze inspections, testing, and defects to spot trends, risks, and opportunities. Experience building and maintaining clear, audit‑ready documentation like SOPs, checklists, and quality manuals. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and inspection methods, with the ability to read drawings and work with measurement tools. Confidence with reporting and analysis, especially using Excel and Microsoft Office. You’re analytical, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused. You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams, and take initiative when working independently. You stay adaptable, keep learning, and are comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment—including meeting physical demands and working alternate shifts when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
