The position details are given below:Job ID: RQ11170 - Systems Testing/QA Specialist - IntermediateLocation: 222 jarvis St. Toronto, OntarioDuration: 09 months + ExtensionType: OnsiteResponsibilitiesPlans and organizes testing efforts for large systems in Graphical User Interface (GUI) and non-Graphical User Interface (GUI) environments, including the execution of systems integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (e.g., stress tests).Develop test plans, test scripts, and test cases and execute against various components.Work with testing lead and IT lead of each project as well as project team members in analysis, design, development, implementation and support of required systems.Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like ALM, JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps.Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Micro Focus, OpenText UFT, Selenium, TestComplete, Postman.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.General SkillsKnowledge and experience in CASE tools and data query tools to aid in test case development.Experience executing functional tests, non-functional tests, and system level integration tests.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Experience with tools like ALM, JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail, Zephyr.Familiarity with Selenium, Cypress, or Postman for API testing.Experience developing and managing robust test data strategies.Experience developing and executing performance test scripts using JMeter or LoadRunner, analyzing bottlenecks and scalability.Experience testing Commercial Off-the Shelf Applications (COTS).Experience creating test cases and scenarios in Azure DevOps.5+ years developing automation test scripts with multiple tools.Experience performing load testing.5-10 years hands‑on experience performing automation testing and developing test scripts.Extensive experience performing functional and regression testing through manual and automated methods.Experience with HTML 5, WAI-ARIA tags, UX and front-end development.Ability to provide coding, system and architecture recommendations to ensure application accessibility.Experience with development tools Java, Angular JS and accessibility remediation.Experience with user experience interface design and architecture.Bi‑lingual testing experience is a strong asset.Required Experience5–10 years experience with DevOps/Agile/Scrum methodology working with web and mobile technologies, across OS/Platforms.5-10 years hands‑on experience with BRD: analyzing business requirements and creating test data requirements.Proven experience identifying bugs and documenting/explaining to dev and business teams.Experienced in test automation: preparing scripts, updating existing scripts, running scripts and capturing results.5-10 years hands‑on experience with system testing, system integration testing.Extensive experience preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, and executing/monitoring unit, integration, and UAT testing with clients.Manual system testing and integration testing experience.Must Have SkillsSolid experience with triaging defects, leading triage meetings, producing defect summary reports.Extensive experience performing regression testing manually and automation scripts.5-10 years experience with different automation and manual testing types: black box, penetration, security, system, unit, AODA and UAT testing.Extensive experience preparing detailed test cases to test functionality.Hands‑on experience with defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps.#J-18808-Ljbffr
