A field engineer is required to support the following activities. Required Materials PuTTY installed Microsoft Teams installed Two console cables from different vendors Two units Capacity not to exceed 16 GB Internet access for laptop connectivity (Recommend 2 from different carriers) Two CAT6 cables, 7 feet each Scope of Activities Field Technician Arrival The technician must arrive one hour prior to the scheduled start time. The site contact will escort the technician to the Network/MDF room. Remote Access Setup (approximately 30 minutes) Join the Microsoft Teams call. Provide remote access to the HCL engineer using the technician’s laptop and mobile hotspot. Primary Router Upgrade (approximately 1.5–2 hours) Load the new IOS image onto the USB drive (Balata will need to provide) and connect it to the router. Connect the console cable to the router. Provide remote access through Microsoft Teams during the upgrade. Secondary Router Upgrade (approximately 1.5–2 hours) Load the new IOS image onto the USB drive and connect it to the router. Connect the console cable to the router. Provide remote access through Microsoft Teams during the upgrade. #J-18808-Ljbffr
