We're hiring a Senior Project Manager at Gibraltar Construction. If you're a commercial GC veteran who wants real ownership over your projects - not just task management - this one's worth a look. What the role is You'll run multiple TI projects from tender through close-out. Medical, office, retail, financial - the full commercial mix across the Lower Mainland and BC. You'll work closely with dedicated Site Managers on the ground while you drive the planning, margins, subs, and client relationships from the office. What it pays $90K - $110K base + performance bonus tied to project results. Total comp typically lands between $120K - $160K.
