The Opportunity Our Product Design team is focused on evolving the guest experience and turning concepts into compelling interactive experiences that resonate with a global audience. As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a team that focuses on the core guest experience and collaborates with cross-functional partners to define solutions that improve the guest booking experience across Agoda products. What you’ll do Run discovery phases and help define product requirements Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback Present your work to peers and leadership, asynchronously and in person Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands, and squad meetings Explain your process and document decisions Champion cohesion and consistency in UX across a growing family of products/features Provide strategic leadership on implementing customer-centric experiences that balance design, business, content, and technology Responsibilities in practice Work with design partners to drive discovery and align around a vision Craft sophisticated user journeys and flows Think and design at a system level, not just pages or elements Leverage soft skills such as listening, negotiating, and decision-making Balance multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience preferred Strong visual design, pixel-perfect UI, and seamless interactions; deep craft attention Proficient in UI design with knowledge of design patterns and problem-solving through interfaces Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research; run user interviews and synthesize findings into actionable insights Experience owning the design process from discovery to delivery within an agile scrum Collaborates with Product Managers to shape product vision and roadmap; balance user needs with business goals Experience managing multiple stakeholders in an agile environment Strong communication to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and user-centered web and mobile design Team and location The Design team is based in Bangkok. This is a product-driven team that collaborates with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and craft workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces.
