You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate the design, functionality, and durability of exterior components, focusing on metal and plastic materials.Lead the customer audit with various customersLed the Chroming and Painting technical report with OEMSResponsible for solving technical issues related to Chroming and painting processLead the investigation, analysis, and improvement for the NG (Not Good) testing items, providing effective root cause analysis, and along with action plans.Lead the analysis of warranty issues, formulate action plans, implement them and close the issue on time.Establish the Validation Plan for Chroming and Painting projects.To qualify for this role you must meet the following:Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.3 + years proven experience as a Validation Engineer in the automotive industry, focusing on chemical components.Experience in anodizing, chroming, or painting process is highly desireStrong familiarity with OEM test standards and typical manufacturing processes for metal or plastic materials.Key to being successful in this role:Proficient in using various test equipment and analytical tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
