THE OPPORTUNITY As a Senior Account Manager, you play a crucial role in our highly esteemed Sales team. As a lead customer facing representative for Harding Display Corp (HDC), you leverage your in‑depth product knowledge, and a profound understanding of clients’ business needs to identify and unlock growth opportunities. You will manage a portfolio of assigned new and existing HDC clients, with the objective of achieving profitable business growth and your annual targets. In addition, this role is responsible for sales expansion and introducing new products/services to new and existing clients. This role offers the best of both worlds - you'll be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week, with flexibility for the rest. Willing and able to travel to the U.S. up to 10–20% of the time. PLEASE NOTE: For the first 3–6 months, the role will be in the office five days a week for training and relationship building with cross‑functional teams, with some flexibility. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT Reach and exceed sales and revenue objectives through development and growth of existing accounts and new prospects Identify customer and market trends to develop an action plan to drive sales growth Build annual customer business plan with Sales leadership collaboration, to align on account specific strategy and action plan Demonstrate a strong desire and ability to prospect new clients, leveraging various outreach strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base. Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including industry events, conferences, and proactive outreach (e.g., cold calling, social media). Manage and develop new customer business through new prospects, as assigned Establish credibility and rapport quickly with new and existing clients, to understand business needs, decision‑making process, and key opportunities Support Account Directors on business development strategy by executing activities related to prospecting, client communication, and opportunity identification Communicate program‑specific client needs to internal partners, ensure deliverables are met through the design, price estimating, production, and logistics processes Effectively use HDC tools, systems, and processes to hand‑off client projects into production Facilitate the execution of client purchase orders to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery Provide regular and timely review of project status with Sales leadership and the client Participate in business and networking events on a regular basis with existing customers and potential prospects Participate in trade shows and/or industry events Participate in other training & development opportunities to expand knowledge, capabilities, and effectiveness relevant to your position at HDC YOU’LL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE Post‑secondary diploma or degree 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services Experience within POP Display, marketing or creative agencies, packaging, manufacturing, and/or CPG environments Strong cross‑functional coordination and leadership skills across design, estimating, pre‑production, and logistics teams Demonstrated ability to manage upward to ensure adherence to corporate systems, processes, and execution standards Results‑driven mindset with a track record of achieving forecasts and identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities at targeted margins Proficient in CRM and project management platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, or Workfront Valid Class G driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle Willingness and ability to travel to the U.S. up to 10–20% of the time Direct experience in retail display production is an asset Experience handling complex, multi‑location or national accounts is an asset Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is an asset Don’t tick every box? The target compensation for this role is $85,000 to $ 120,000 annually and reflects a professional at a Proficient level.
