Position Summary Concert Properties is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our rental office, serving 110 residential units at our new Property in North Vancouver, Echo – North Harbour. Reporting to the Property Manager, the Community Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing tenant relations, overseeing property maintenance, and supporting budget and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage on‑site and mobile staff, handle scheduling, performance reviews, and training. Ensure high‑quality maintenance, including inspections, preventative upkeep, and contractor management. Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and issue resolution. Assist in budget management, process payments, and monitor expenses. Maintain up‑to‑date property records, compliance, and support health, safety, and sustainability initiatives. Conduct and perform monthly safety inspections and weekly safety meetings as outlined in Concert’s Policy and Procedures. Required Knowledge & Skills A college diploma or a combination of post‑secondary education or related experience. Knowledge of property legislation (BC Employment Standards, Residential Tenancy Act, etc.) and building systems. Tech‑savvy with superior organizational and time management skills, ability to exercise discretion, demonstrates initiative, and works independently and in a team to get the work done. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. High level of personal and professional integrity.
