This role involves increasing company revenue by generating sales from new and existing customers. To this end, the Account Manager will identify, qualify, and close accounts seeking the organizations products and services. The incumbent will provide product knowledge and suggestions in order to satisfy the clients need. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES − University degree in food sciences or other related fields.− Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales success within the food and/or manufacturing industry.− Ability to communicate effectively both orally & in writing.− Ability to write clear and concise value proposition statements.− Able to work well under pressure.− Strong attention to detail.− Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions.− Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills, with a high degree of tact and persuasiveness.− Excellent speaking skills, including presentation experience to diverse audiences.− Strong problem identification and problem solving skills.− Excellent analytical skills & ability to think out of the box.− Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, other stakeholders.− Comfortable attending networking events and representing the company professionally.− Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.− Familiarity with ERP & SAP application is an asset.
