Role Description Job Title – IAM Senior Project Manager Onshore – Montreal (Preferred) Who are we looking for? We are seeking an experienced IAM Senior Project Manager who can lead complex, transformational Identity and Access Management initiatives within a CISO organization. The ideal candidate has strong project/program management expertise in the IAM domain, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) knowledge in SAP environments, and can successfully deliver projects aligned with business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational readiness. This role requires the ability to manage end‑to‑end delivery, influence senior stakeholders, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional enterprise teams. Preferred and Technical Skills The IAM Senior Project Manager, working within the CISO Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization, is responsible for leading complex and transformational initiatives from initiation through successful delivery. This role ensures that all project outcomes align with organizational objectives, industry best practices, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency goals. The ideal candidate brings strong Project Management expertise within the IAM domain, including solid knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) in SAP environments. They are skilled at presenting complex technical and business topics in a clear and compelling manner to secure alignment, approvals, and strategic direction from stakeholders. The IAM Senior Project Manager is accountable for all facets of project execution—scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality—as well as the critical leadership competencies needed to drive delivery. These include stakeholder and resource management, communication planning, organizational change management, and ensuring operational readiness for project launch. This role may include both Project and Program management responsibilities and requires close collaboration with cross‑functional CN teams and project groups across a wide range of disciplines. Roles & Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Able to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy. Manage and maintain the central repository for risks, issues, decisions and dependencies. Set and enforce deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively. Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accuracy. Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Communicate effectively with executives, sponsors, and team members. Facilitate decision‑making and resolve conflicts across teams. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Ensure adherence to organizational standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices. Build and contribute to a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability. Specialties / Technologies Strong knowledge of SAP. Strong knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) in SAP environments. Knowledge of the ADO tool is an asset. Process Skills General SDLC processes. Web standards, CSS‑based design, REST services. Design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software APIs. Analytical Skills Strong analytical skills required with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to source, disseminate and properly apply secondary research. Behavioral Skills Good attitude and excellent communication skills both oral and written. Ability to excel in a team environment required. Must be able to successfully interface with multiple departments. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Quick learner.
