As our Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EIC) Team Lead , you will help deliver projects that shape the future of industrial and mining operations across Québec and Canada. You’ll guide multidisciplinary collaboration, strengthen technical excellence, and contribute to meaningful, high‑impact project outcomes. Your Impact Lead and oversee environmental, health, and safety considerations for the team and all assigned projects. Manage human and financial resources to support the department’s operational and strategic objectives. Serve as the primary technical resource and mentor for the Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls team. Drive quality assurance processes and uphold technical excellence across project deliverables. Collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams to develop integrated industrial and mining solutions. Support project managers in defining project scope, planning schedules, tracking progress, and monitoring milestones. Participate in business development activities, contributing to proposals and client engagement. Coordinate tendering processes, evaluate contractor submissions, and ensure alignment with internal quality standards. Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and functional units across all project phases. Lead or support EIC design mandates, including drawings, specifications, instrumentation layouts, and control system documentation. Review, validate, and produce technical documents, including tender packages and engineering reports. The Skills That Set You Apart Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, related engineering discipline, or significant EIC technical experience. 10+ years of relevant experience in industrial or mining electrical engineering. Experience in team or project leadership within engineering consulting (asset). Demonstrated involvement in business development (asset). Strong organizational mindset, initiative, and attention to detail. Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments. ASP Construction safety card (mandatory). Valid driver’s licence. Excellent spoken and written communication skills; bilingualism an asset. Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $135,200 – $179,100 MB & ON: $123,300 – $169,800 NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $122,100 – $162,200 Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
