Now Hiring: Load Planner / Load Finder / Load Sourcing Specialist (Grain Division) Full-Time | Monday to Friday By’s Transport Inc. is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Load Planner / Load Finder / Load Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to our operations and requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agricultural transportation environment. Position Overview The Load Planner will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and optimizing grain loads while maintaining strong relationships with customers, brokers, and producers. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient equipment utilization and maximizing revenue opportunities. This position works along side with 2 dispatchers as a team. Key Responsibilities Source and secure grain loads through brokers, customers, and industry contacts Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural clients, elevators, and producers Plan and coordinate daily truck schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability Monitor market trends, seasonal demands, and freight opportunities within the grain industry Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and customers to ensure seamless operations Negotiate rates and manage load confirmations and documentation Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling or service issues in real-time Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and customer interactions Qualifications & Requirements Strong knowledge of the grain hauling and agricultural industry (required) Experience in load planning, dispatching, or freight brokerage (preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in computer systems and transportation software is an asset Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Strong ability to work as a TEAM with the dispatchers and office staff What We Offer Full-time, stable Monday to Friday schedule Competitive compensation based on experience and monthly bonus Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to play a key role in a growing company Long-term career growth potential within the transportation industry How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their experience in grain hauling or agricultural logistics to #J-18808-Ljbffr
