Assess and analyzecredit applications , structure profitable deals, andsecure competitive approvals with our trusted lender network. Collaborate with our team tomatch clients with the right vehicles from our extensive inventory. Educate customers oncredit rebuilding and financial literacy while creating trust and transparency. Maintain strong lender relationships tomaximize approvals and gross profit . Ensure alldocumentation and compliance standards are met with precision and efficiency. Consistentlyexceed daily and weekly activity goals (50+ calls per day / 250 per week). Proactively request customer reviews and feedback to strengthen our brand reputation. What You Bring 2+ years of proven experience inautomotive finance, lending, or subprime credit . Strong working knowledge ofcredit bureaus, loan structures, and risk assessment . Acloser’s mentality — confident, persuasive, and empathetic. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A self-starter who thrives in afast-paced, performance-driven environment .
