This isn’t just about top‑of‑funnel acquisition; you will be the architect of the entire customer journey from the first click to long‑term loyalty.The Role: Impact & ResponsibilitiesFull‑Funnel Ownership: Audit and optimize the entire customer lifecycle, identifying drop‑off points and implementing rapid‑fire solutions to plug funnel leakages.Data‑Driven Strategy: Partner closely with the Data Team to leverage advanced analytics, ensuring every growth experiment is rooted in hard evidence.Re‑engagement & Retention: Develop and execute sophisticated multi‑channel strategies (Push, Email, SMS) to drive customer stickiness and order completion.Behavioral Analysis: Utilize tools like CleverTap to segment users, track post‑sign‑up behavior, and personalize the user experience at scale.UI/UX Collaboration: Work directly with the Product and Design teams to refine the app interface based on user behavior data and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.Growth Experimentation: Design, launch, and measure A/B tests to constantly evolve our growth playbook.What You Bring To The TableProven track record in growth hacking or performance marketing, specifically for app‑based platforms (Health‑tech or E‑commerce experience is a major plus).Expertise in CleverTap, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar event‑based tracking platforms.
