Role Overview As a Project Manager for Linxon, the role is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of a portfolio of projects, from project initiation and detailed planning through execution, commissioning, and closeout. This position assumes full accountability for project P&L, ensuring safe, compliant, and successful project execution within approved budget, schedule, and quality parameters. The role drives performance by managing risks and opportunities, coordinating cross‑functional teams and subcontractors, maintaining effective client and stakeholder communication, and enforcing strong project controls. Through proactive leadership and disciplined execution, the Project Manager ensures projects achieve financial targets, meet contractual obligations, and deliver sustainable value to Linxon and its customers. What will you do? Lead the safe and compliant delivery of projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover, ensuring full adherence to Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality standards in line with local regulations, Linxon requirements, and customer expectations. Embed and actively promote a "Work Safe, Home Safe, Zero Harm" culture across all project phases, ensuring safety and quality principles are integrated into daily execution and long‑term project outcomes. Direct, support, and motivate cross‑functional project teams to achieve safe, efficient, and on‑schedule execution, providing clear leadership from project initiation through final closeout. Establish and maintain transparent communication with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure alignment, timely decision‑making, and effective issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute project management expertise during the bid and order‑pursuit phase, shaping execution strategies, risk assessments, and commercial approaches to support successful project award and delivery. Secure and optimize resources while applying formal project controls to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and changes from planning through completion. Manage scope changes and associated commercial impacts to protect and enhance Linxon's contractual position while maintaining customer satisfaction. Drive strict compliance with all Linxon processes and procedures, continuously reviewing project plans and schedules to ensure milestone achievement and successful delivery. Prepare, maintain, and present accurate internal and contractual reports, providing clear visibility into project performance, progress, risks, and financial status. Act as the senior customer interface across all project stages, proactively managing expectations, contracts, and performance of subcontractors to ensure seamless execution. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent schedule delays, cost overruns, or reputational impact, while proactively leveraging opportunities to improve project results and value. Maintain rigorous financial oversight, including P&L ownership, cost control, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring projects meet or exceed profitability targets. Deliver projects that achieve key performance indicators related to safety, quality, financial performance, schedule adherence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Linxon's strategic objectives. Support effective collaboration and synergies across internal functions, customers, and supply chain partners to drive sustainable project outcomes. Travel as required and maintain a strong on‑site presence during the construction phase to ensure execution excellence, safety compliance, and real‑time project control. Who you are? You have proven experience delivering projects safely from start through closeout in a regulated environment. You have a strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance and safety leadership. You have the ability to lead cross‑functional teams to achieve on‑time and on‑budget results. You have experience managing full project lifecycle responsibilities, including planning, execution, and handover. You have strong customer‑facing skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. You have experience managing project scope, change control, and associated commercial impacts. You have demonstrated ownership of project financials, including P&L, forecasting, and cash flow. You have the ability to identify and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities to improve project outcomes. You have experience working closely with subcontractors and supply chain partners. You have the ability to travel and maintain an on‑site presence during construction phases as required. What we offer? The compensation range for this position is between CAD $112,900 and CAD $150,600 annually.
