Pay commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Develop lesson plans in the relevant subject area and grade, and ensure all lessons align with curriculum objectives. Draw up classroom rules and safety regulations and ensure all students understand them. Use a range of teaching materials and methods to deliver content.
