Salesforce Functional Lead Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite at Queens Quay) Contract Duration: May 18, 2026 – November 18, 2026 Rate: $80–$100/hour We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Lead to join a high performing agile team delivering enterprise scale solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing advisor and customer relationship platforms within a highly regulated financial services environment. You will play a key role in bridging business and technology teams, helping shape scalable Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency, customer experience, and business value. Responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders across Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Private Banking, and other business units to understand and refine business requirements • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs • Translate business needs into functional requirements, epics, and user stories • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Salesforce capabilities • Design scalable Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and compliance standards • Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, and technical leads to prioritize and deliver features • Guide functional designers and support development teams throughout delivery cycles • Define KPIs, success metrics, and acceptance criteria tied to business outcomes • Support change management, stakeholder enablement, and user adoption initiatives • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and delivery practices Must Have • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead • Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) • 3+ years of experience within the financial services or banking industry • Experience delivering enterprise scale Salesforce implementations in regulated environments • Strong understanding of integrations with core banking systems and enterprise data platforms • Experience working within Agile delivery environments • Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and DevOps practices • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Salesforce Functional Lead Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite at Queens Quay) Contract Duration: May 18, 2026 – November 18, 2026 Rate: $80–$100/hour We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Lead to join a high performing agile team delivering enterprise scale solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
