Responsibilities Analytics Expertise: Serve as a subject‑matter expert across solutions such as database marketing, marketing campaign reporting, investigative descriptive analytics, and propensity modeling. Lead and individually contribute to analysis tasks using Excel, R, SQL, Python, and SAS. Storytelling & Strategy: Synthesize analyses, develop solutions and strategic frameworks, and conduct research to produce actionable recommendations for clients. Project and Client Management: Act as the primary point person for engagement delivery, managing project timelines, workstreams, deliverables, and team members while maintaining client relationships across multiple key stakeholders. Mentorship & Training: Help develop and mentor junior staff through on‑the‑job, project‑based training. Qualifications 4–5 years of experience in data‑driven consulting, market research, or a related role that involved daily data analysis. Prior consulting experience. Ability to manage challenging marketing and sales enablement projects. Proficiency in using data to build a narrative with actionable strategic recommendations. Strong quantitative mindset. Stellar account management skills, consistently exceeding client expectations. Ability to work in Canada without visa sponsorship. The Ideal Candidate Will Have exceptional project management skills.
