We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a 1-year contract to support the delivery of a wide range of recruitment initiatives. This role works closely with the Lead, Recruitment Services, and plays a key part in coordinating projects, keeping timelines on track, and supporting a high standard of client and candidate service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within recruitment. What you’ll do: Support the coordination and execution of both large- and small-scale recruitment projects Track project timelines, maintain project materials and databases, and support day-to-day project administration Coordinate resource allocation and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, promoting a positive candidate experience and client satisfaction Assist with scheduling, screening, reference checks, and project close-out activities, including compiling statistics and reports Are early in your career with a few years of experience in a professional office environment, ideally supporting the coordination of projects and/or initiatives, preferably within an HR environment Are a creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize and put out “fires” when necessary; as a small team, this role may occasionally support colleagues in an all-hands-on-deck environment Communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner, adapting your approach when engaging with candidates and clients at all levels Take direction on a project and run with it; you are eager to take responsibility and deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive), with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday) How to Apply: If you feel that you have the right combination of skills and experience for this opportunity, please submit your resume.
