In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to: Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project. Develop and maintain project workplan. Coordinate with necessary team members. Develop and monitor project metrics. Participate in project coordination meetings. Conduct project site visits if applicable. Perform other duties as needed. This is an on-site position, and only local candidates will be considered. Regular in-office attendance is required. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance. A minimum of 5 years experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports. Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PEng, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST, Architect AIBC, AScT. Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6, and ability to interpret construction schedules. Previous experience working on healthcare projects. Required Qualifications: The capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of: Oral and written communication skills Interpersonal and leadership skills Coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short-term tasks Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
