About the role The Marketing Director leads the planning, execution, and optimization of national marketing initiatives across Mortgage Alliance, M3 Tech, and broader M3 Group priorities. This role oversees campaign strategy, content development, broker engagement, product marketing, events, reporting, budgets, and team leadership to ensure strong brand alignment and business impact. Main Responsibilities Lead and execute national B2B and B2B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Create, review, and approve marketing content including emails, social posts, campaign assets, sales materials, presentations, event materials, broker-facing tools, and templates. Oversee Communication and Product Launches. Manage weekly marketing outputs, priorities, and timelines, while ensuring alignment across brands and teams. Provide leadership, direction, feedback, workload management, and support to direct reports. Support B2B engagement through meetings, outreach, one‑on‑one support, training, and education initiatives. Prepare and present performance Marketing KPI reports for Sr. Leadership. Build and maintain marketing calendars and support event, webinar, conference, trade show, and training execution. Develop and manage budgets. Support industry award nominations. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within financial services, mortgage, fintech, or a multi‑brand environment. Strong background in campaign strategy, brand development, content creation, product marketing, and broker or partner engagement. Experience leading teams, managing competing priorities, and collaborating cross‑functionally with sales, product, operations, and leadership. Strong communication, presentation, editing, project management, and organizational skills. (Bilingual in English and French a strong asset) Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, performance tracking, budget management, and process improvement.
