Role Summary: Coaches the team on Agile principles. Sets up agile delivery model. Establishes the necessary templates, workflows and cadences. Hands over to the team and the scrum master. Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile transformation initiatives across the organization. Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and Agile maturity assessments. Identify organizational impediments to Agile adoption and work collaboratively to resolve them. Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement Agile best practices and standards. Support change management and stakeholder engagement strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in a senior Agile role. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling models (SAFe preferred) Strong facilitation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. Agile certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional). Experience in organizational change and transformation.
