Role Overview As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every customer who walks into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of the company and proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent the company values and bring your real self to work every day. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on A&E and Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Adapt quickly between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy. Assist teammates in getting the job done. Maintain integrity by adhering to all AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Enjoy interacting with people. Full of energy, can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Love AE and Aerie products. Previous retail experience. At least 16 years of age.
